Indication: To eliminate the necrotic tissues and recover, promote the early dissolution and shedding of necrotic tissues, and can also promote the new tissues and granulation to grow, enable the early wound healing of patients with diabetic foot, reduce the amputation rate, and improve quality of life.

 

Application and Dosage: Externally apply the oinement to cankerous wound when there is much necrotic tissue, and the quantity of pus in wound will increase but the texture is thinner which is the result of quick liquefaction and exfoliation of necrotic tissue. The pus should be cleared away thoroughly, change fresh dressing once a day, 2-3 times a day if the pus is massive. Necrotic tissue will be removed substantially till the wound healed.
